Job summary/Role description

The Recruiter will focus on the attraction, engagement and hiring of talent worldwide by using direct and indirect sourcing channels, networks, web searches. The activity will cover the first steps of the recruitment cycle – including building relationships with hiring managers, taking detailed briefs, determining the most appropriate recruitment channels, collecting profiles, selecting, drafting first assessments and possibly conducting interviews. The scope of work concerns the most skilled positions for all functions of a significant number of EPC projects (Petrochemical and Oil & Gas) worldwide.

Duties and responsibilities

• Providing responsive, proactive and professional resourcing service, ensuring the attraction of the best quality talent in the industry;
• Sourcing and screening direct applicants against both live and pipeline vacancies using various methods;
• Screening candidates' responses against job specs and conducting telephone interviews;
• Arranging Interviews and collating feedback to both candidates and Hiring Managers;
• Coordinating with Planning team to confirm start dates and on-board new employees;
• Posting vacancies on the company website/external job boards/social media;
• Recruitment reporting – candidate tracking, pipeline status, campaign statistics.

Requirements

• University degree;
• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in Oil & Gas, EPC sector, downstream;
• Advanced LinkedIn and hh.ru user using best practice search methodologies to identify and engage with top talent;
• Great communication and influencing skills, able ensure consistent messaging throughout the process;
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude that contributes to successful initiatives;
• Passionate about getting the job done right;
• Able to deal quickly and effectively with large amount of information;
• Well organised, methodical, patient, determined, used to stressful situations;
• Attention to details and correct execution of processes;
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different environments;
• Great knowledge of Russian labour market; 
• Fluent Russian and English;
• The candidates MUST HAVE the right to work in the UK.
