Job summary/Role description

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Milemate Specialist (MMS) supports the implementation and maintenance of Milemate Software (SISCO, project control software) on Site.

MMS is in charge of the use of Milemate tool for Quality module at site and the training (for the use of Milemate) to all parties involved in the project (Subcontractor, Nominated Subcontractor, KT and Client, if applicable).

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall operation of Milemate system in close coordination with Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams;
  • Maintain and update Milemate Data Base;
  • Perform feasibility analysis;
  • Manage the Milemate system activities and provide the necessary interface work with other Site  IT systems;
  • Prepare inputs and reports as required by Site, ensuring compliance with the procedures, and document control.

Person Specification

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • University Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent


  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Milemate Specialist;
  • Similar role covered in projects that are of a comparable size;
  • Experience working on Contractor side;

Skills and Abilities

  • Fluent English;
  • Excellent IT and analytical skills;
  • Excellent communications, team-oriented and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
